Zarebi, who are based in Hebden Bridge, began singing together as a womens choir in September 2015, under the direction of founder Helen Curtis. Over the years we have developed strong bonds within the Georgian community and during the year host workshops and concerts with native Georgian choirs and song masters, as well as with UK teachers.
Since 2025 Zarebi have changed into more of a collective. We no longer have weekly group sessions, but instead come together in smaller groups or for pre-arranged dates to sing, supra (feast) together, and also to take part in various Georgian song events in and outside of the UK.
Please take a look around the site, watch our videos and get in touch for enquiries, workshops or bookings.
